Privacy Policy

We run no servers and hold no accounts. Your progress stays on your phone. Since version 1.1, KAM shows ads through Google AdMob, and Google collects data to deliver and measure them — that part is described in full below.
Nothing. Işıksoft has no server, no account system and no analytics service. We cannot see your progress, your play sessions or anything else about you, and there is nowhere for that data to go.
This is not true of the advertising SDK, which is a third party and is described below.
KAM saves two things locally, in the app's own private storage:
Both are removed when you delete the app. Because they never leave your device, we cannot access, recover or restore them.
KAM 1.1 and later show ads supplied by Google AdMob (the Google Mobile Ads SDK). There are two kinds, and both sit outside the run itself:
There are no banner ads, and there are no ads inside a run.
To fill an ad request, Google receives and processes data from your device. This typically includes device and app identifiers (including the Advertising Identifier, IDFA, where you have permitted tracking), the approximate location derived from your IP address, information about your device and its settings, and information about the ads you were shown and interacted with. Google uses this to deliver ads, to measure them and to detect fraud.
We do not receive this data. What Google does with it is governed by Google's own policies:
If your device has no internet connection, or no ad is available, the game carries on and the reward is given anyway.
KAM asks for permission to track using Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. It appears after you finish your first run, not when the app launches.
If you allow it, ads can be personalised using the Advertising Identifier. If you decline, KAM asks Google for non-personalised ads instead. Nothing in the game is disabled, locked or made harder either way, and every reward remains available. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Before any ad is requested, KAM shows Google's consent form (the User Messaging Platform) so you can choose what Google may do with your data. You can reopen that form at any time from the game's Settings → Ad privacy options and change your answer.
KAM is rated for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. It is not part of the App Store Kids Category. We do not knowingly collect anything from children.
Rights such as access, correction, deletion and portability apply to data a company holds about you. Işıksoft holds none — deleting the app removes everything KAM ever stored on your device. For data processed by Google as an advertising provider, use the links above; Google's privacy policy explains how to exercise those rights with them.
If a future version of KAM adds a feature that collects data in a new way, we will update this page before that version is released, and the App Store privacy details will be updated to match.

Cihazının bağlantısı yoksa ya da gösterilecek reklam bulunamazsa oyun kesintisiz devam ediyor ve ödül yine veriliyor.
KAM, Apple'ın App Tracking Transparency penceresiyle izleme izni istiyor. Bu pencere uygulama açılırken değil, ilk koşunu bitirdikten sonra çıkıyor.
İzin verirsen reklamlar Reklam Kimliği kullanılarak kişiselleştirilebiliyor. Vermezsen KAM, Google'dan kişiselleştirilmemiş reklam istiyor. Her iki durumda da oyunda hiçbir şey kapanmıyor, kilitlenmiyor ya da zorlaşmıyor; bütün ödüller aynen duruyor. Kararını istediğin zaman iOS Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik → İzleme bölümünden değiştirebilirsin.
Herhangi bir reklam istenmeden önce KAM, Google'ın rıza formunu (User Messaging Platform) gösteriyor; böylece Google'ın verinle ne yapabileceğini sen seçiyorsun. Bu formu istediğin zaman oyunun Ayarlar → Reklam gizlilik seçenekleri satırından yeniden açıp cevabını değiştirebilirsin.
KAM genel izleyici kitlesi için derecelendirilmiş ve 13 yaş altındaki çocuklara yönelik değil. App Store Çocuklar Kategorisi'nde yer almıyor. Çocuklardan bilerek hiçbir şey toplamıyoruz.
Erişim, düzeltme, silme ve taşınabilirlik gibi haklar, bir şirketin senin hakkında TUTTUĞU veri için geçerli. Işıksoft hiçbir şey tutmuyor — uygulamayı silmek KAM'in cihazında sakladığı her şeyi kaldırıyor. Reklam sağlayıcısı olarak Google'ın işlediği veri için yukarıdaki bağlantıları kullan; Google'ın gizlilik politikası bu hakları onlara karşı nasıl kullanacağını anlatıyor.
KAM'in ileriki bir sürümü veriyi yeni bir biçimde toplayan bir özellik eklerse, bu sayfayı o sürüm yayınlanmadan önce güncelleyeceğiz ve App Store gizlilik bilgileri de eşitlenecek.
